Did you know that Claims Manager has a method for exporting claim documents?

Here, we will demonstrate this functionality and highlight enhancements that will become available on our 2018.01 release. To access this “functionality”, you will need to start from a claim and select the “document” tab.

First, you expand your document folder so you can select the documents you would like to export. Then select the documents you would like to export.

Then you will be able to see the total uncompressed size of the file that will be created. This will allow you to limit the number of documents selected so the file size does not exceed specific internal or external recipient limitations.

Now you are ready to export your documents. You are given the option to download, save or email the documents. Note that there is an option to compress attachments into a zip file. You are provided with the total size of the zipped file.

From this point, you will fill in the two email addresses and supply a subject for your email.
