JDi Data Launches Official CTrax Website This March
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.- March 14, 2017— JDi Data will officially launch their CTrax website: (http://www.jdictrax.com) this March at the CLM Annual Conference held in Nashville, TN on March 29th. The launch will serve to inform potential users of the benefits and features of the CTrax software.
CTrax is an automated Certificate of Insurance(COI) tracking solution to mitigate risk, increase productivity, and lower overhead. Their primary focus is to enhance productivity, automatically fill in information for certificates of insurance at any given time in simple fashion, and manage risk. In light of the website launch, JDi Data is offering a free trial capable of uploading ten free certificates. Pricing starts as low as $5 per certificate and the larger the quantity of certificates uploaded, the lower the price.
CTrax increases productivity by allowing employees to spend less time on manual data entry and more time on other tasks. CTrax was built to be simple and give its users the most amount of control when viewing their data. Simply by uploading the COI, the JDi Data proprietary capture process will allow users to work less on time-consuming tasks and more on reducing risk, effectively, lowering operating costs for clients of all sizes.
Through the use of Optical Character Recognition (OCR), files can be scanned into the system and information will be automatically populated into the correct fields. Once the information has been confirmed by the user, it is run through a secure process ensuring that certificates are valid based on the term dates. The system also provides reminders via the user’s email simultaneously to those certificate holders that are expired and soon-to-be expired, saving time and eliminating common mistakes.
Having the COI in place will help protect the company from any possible liability that may occur from work performed by subcontractors. Users alleviate any hazard that may occur to COI documents due to the automatic process.
