JDi Data, a solution provider of innovative claims management software, will unveil the release and availability of Claims Manager® version 3.4.01 at the upcoming RIMS 2014 Annual Conference & Exhibition in Denver, CO on April 27th, 2014. The updated insurance claims system will provide users an upgraded claim detail screen module, ad-hoc reporting capabilities, and business intelligence tools that will give adjusters a straight-through processing workflow and improve operational efficiency especially in the area of claims cycle times.
New Enhancements
The enhanced version of Claims Manager® (version 3.4.01) features:
- A Claim Summary module that provides a synopsis of the claim with sections for Claimant, Status, Diaries, Financials, Policy Fact Code Hierarchies, Legal/Subrogation, Injury, and Recent Activity. This gives claim adjusters a full snapshot of all the claim details in one screen. Click here to view a larger image
- Our updated Ad Hoc reporting capabilities give Claims Manager® users the ability to immediately create reports using any data elements captured in the system. These reports can be developed by the user, saved as a standard report, and emailed directly from the system

Claims Manager’s user-friendly business intelligence tool will provide users with enhanced analytics, trends, and a drilled down loss analysis to help efficiently manage your business and assist in increasing risk management capabilities.
